My Parkour Travels

Back on That everyday training grind. working hard as always and bring some strong content here soon. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: I am starting an outreach program called the "Movement Revolution". This will be all about expelling some of the negative stereotypes and helping give Parkour a more positive reputation, as well as teaching the philosophy of Parkour and what it is truly all about.
I will soon be releasing a video for this with me and the Alaska Parkour community that will discuss these topics, and more. I will hopefully also be releasing my latest show-reel here soon! I'm really proud of this one! This one is a shot of me doing a handstand on two semi-truck beds and I have wanted to do this for a while but just recently got the chance to try. The first time I did this I actually hurt my leg (Bloopers!) but one of the great things Parkour teaches you is to overcome your obstacles! So after I healed up I went and got the photo! I Know my new years speech is a bit delayed but I was planning on releasing a video sadly my editor isn't working. So I just want to say THANK YOU! thank you all so much for the support, it's been nothing but kind words and helpful attitudes and complements. I can't believe I got to 100 likes on my facebook page before the new year thank you all! I can't wait to share my growth with you this year! So Parkour was founded by a man by the name David Belle and Parkour is more of the obstacle course side Freerunning was created by Sebastien Foucan and has become more of the tricking side of the sport.

Alright everyone I'm going to do something I haven't done with this page and that's tell you guys what Parkour is all about. first of all Parkour is the quickest part from point A to point B using the obstacles around you.
